Lansing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. was founded in 1971 by Dale and Lois Botma. In 2002, Dale passed away and the business continued to be run by Lois and her two sons, Todd and Chris. In 2010, Lois retired and Todd assumed duties as President with Chris as his partner. We have been a Carrier Dealer for over 30 years and a Factory Authorized Dealer ever since the program’s inception in 2003. However, we do service all makes and models.

In 2011, after 48 years in business with the same look, Todd decided to give the look of the company, vehicles, and logo an overhaul. The red, white, and blue keep with the idea of the industry colors but also convey the companies deep patriotic commitment. We pride ourselves on giving back to those that have given us the opportunity to continue to serve our customers. We hire Veterans and Reserve/Guard personnel when possible. We offer discounts for Active Duty Military, Veterans, Police and Fire Personnel, and Seniors. We are predominately a residential company but also do a significant amount of commercial and light industrial work. We are proud to be serving the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana regions for 53 years.

Although the business is now being run by the second generation, our mission statement remains the same as when the company was founded, “Let our family take care of your family.” We continue in business by offering the best service by the most qualified people and what we believe to be the best products in the industry. Most importantly we strive to make sure that all of the families, businesses, and customers that entrust us to service them are comfortable and satisfied.
